View and Edit a Loop

You can view and edit your Loop at any time.


To view your Loop:

  1. From the Looplet Dashboard, click on either the Loop name or the Edit Loop icon (a pencil).
  2. Scroll down to see Loop info, Loop analytics, Notes, and Files.

To edit the Loop name, Loop code, access control, description, or icon

From the Loop Detail Page:

  1. Click the Edit Loop icon (a pencil).
  2. Make your edits.
  3. Click Save.

Note that if you change the Loop Code:

  • The Loop URL will change and any links pointing to the Loop will break.
  • You will need to give your group the new Loop Code.
  • The Loop Content will not change. All the files and notes in your Loop will stay the same.

To edit a Note:

  1. Click the Edit Note icon on the note.
  2. Make your updates.
  3. Click Save Note.

To delete a Note:

  1. Click the Delete Note icon on the note.
  2. Confirm deletion.

To regenerate an AI Generated Note:

  • Click the Regenerate AI Content icon.
  • Or click the Edit icon on the note. Then click the Generate Content button, with or without updating the prompt.

To view and edit your files:

  1. Scroll through the list of files. This list shows only the files in this particular Loop.
  2. Click the Edit file icon in the Actions column to see and/or edit the content in the file.
    1. Edit the content as needed.
    2. Click Save Changes.

To edit which files are in a Loop:

  1. Toggle the Use in Answers? toggle on or off. Only files toggled on for Use in Answers will be used by the AI assistant to generate notes and answer questions.

To add new files to a Loop:

  1. Browse or drag and drop files from your computer.
  2. Or create a new text document.

To delete a file from a Loop:

  1. Click the Delete file icon in the Actions column.
  2. Confirm deletion.
