New Loop Checklist
Your new Loop is ready to go once the following items are complete.
- The Loop Name describes the group
- The Loop Code is clear and easy to remember
- If the Loop content should be seen only by a specific group, the Loop access control is set to Protected and a Loop Passphrase is set
- There is at least one file in the Loop with information relevant to the group
- Within the files in the Loop, there is information about how to contact the Loop Leader
- There is a welcome Note welcoming the group to the Loop, briefly describing what type of information is in the Loop, and suggesting a few questions they can ask
- There is at least one Note with relevant information for the group, such as upcoming events, an important reminder, or something group members may ask about
- You have tested the Loop by asking anticipated questions in the chat, reviewing the chatbot response, and editing the Loop content as necessary so that the chatbot can clearly and accurately answer questions using only the information you have added to the Loop
- For any complex information, you have double-checked that the Loop interpreted the information correctly by opening the file in Looplet and reviewing the information
- There is a plan in place to inform the group about Looplet and the Loop. This may include an email, meeting, demo, and/or a scavenger hunt to help people practice using the Loop.
